Send Pitch Bend Range - If this is off then the Pitch Bend Range RPN will not be sent to MIDI output.Pitch Bend Range Scaling can be used to compensate for this. A few synthesizers have a different interpretation of pitchBendRange. For example a Pitch Bend Range of 48 (the MPE default) means that the receiving synthesizer can bend +/- 24 semitones. Pitch Bend Range Scaling - Normally a pitchBend range of n means that the synth can bend -n/2.Note if there is Whammy slider on the Control Surface this pitch bend range will be modified according to this equation: bendInSemitones = bendInSemitones * (rangeOfWhammySlider/pitchBendRange) However, not all synthesizers respond to RPN0, thus it may be necessary to manually set the Pitch Bend Range on the receiving synthesizer. GeoShred sends RPN0 with the Pitch Bend Range to the receiving synthesizer. Pitch Bend Range must match both for GeoShred and the target Synth. MIDI Channel/Note - This is MIDI Mode 3.For this reason alone MPE Channel Mode is better. In MPE Channel Mode MIDI controllers are only sent on the Master Channel, which greatly reduces MIDI traffic. MPE Channel Mode - Master Channel is 1, the Min Channel is 2 and the MaxChannel has to be greater than the Min Channel.We recommend using MPE Channel Mode when possible. Inspector is where you can connect to a Bluetooth Modify a factory MIDI Configuration, in which case it's Factory MIDIĬonfigurations cannot be deleted, but user MIDIĬonfigurations can be deleted (and re-ordered). You can also make a copy of a MIDIĬonfiguration by tapping on the copy icon.
